Each Monday, the Waterloo Black Hawks staff recognizes players as the team's Offensive Player of the Week and the Hardest Worker of the Week.
Christie Door Company Offensive Player of the Week: Tyler Deakos
Waterloo's newest forward had an exceptional start to his USHL career with points in each of his first two games. Deakos tallied a goal and two assists on Friday. He snagged another assist early Saturday on the Hawks' first goal, finishing the two-game set with four points.
