Black Hawks Players of the Week - 11/3

Each Monday, the Waterloo Black Hawks staff recognizes players as the team's Offensive Player of the Week and the Hardest Worker of the Week.

Christie Door Company Offensive Player of the Week: Salvatore Viviano
There could hardly have been a better moment for Viviano to score his first USHL goal.  It came almost two minutes into overtime Friday night in Green Bay.  Viviano also had an assist earlier in Friday's game and followed up with two assists Saturday against Sioux City for four points on the weekend.  He was also +3.

The weekly offensive honor is presented by Christie Door Company.  With roots in the Cedar Valley which stretch back into the 1950s, Christie Door Company offers the largest selection of quality door options at prices to meet their customers' budget.  Their motto is: Our Name Stands for Quality, Value is our Tradition!

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker: Jimmy Rieber
In Green Bay, Rieber scored his first USHL goal helping Waterloo respond to a 2-0 deficit on the way to a 4-3 overtime victory.  Rieber finished both weekend games with an even plus/minus differential.  He is now one of five Hawks defensemen with a goal this season.

Hardest Worker recognition is presented by UAW Local 838.  The United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) is one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America.  Their message: American jobs are worth fighting for.
