Each Monday, the Waterloo Black Hawks staff recognizes players as the team's Offensive Player of the Week and the Hardest Worker of the Week.  

Christie Door Company Offensive Player of the Week: Dylan Nolan
During the third period on Saturday, Nolan scored the lone Black Hawks power play goal during the weekend.  In the process, he became the third Waterloo skater to record a power play goal in 2025/26.  It was Nolan's second goal of the season.

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker: Avery Laliberte
Laliberte broke up Lincoln's long shutout streak, which had extended approximately seven periods.  The Hawks' defenseman notched a first period goal.  It was his first during the 2025/26 season and, he tied for the team lead at +1 during the two-game weekend.

Hardest Worker recognition is presented by UAW Local 838.  The United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) is one of the largest and most diverse unions in North America.  Their message: American jobs are worth fighting for.
