Where Are They Now: College Hockey Alumni Index

Presented by Karen’s Print Rite

NCAA Division I hockey teams played their first games of the season last weekend.  As the schedule continues, chances are good that any game you might watch will have a former Black Hawk on one side or the other.  Waterloo alumni are scattered across approximately half the teams in Division I college hockey.

Michigan State leads the way with four former Hawks.  Over the weekend, David Gucciardi, Patrick Geary, and Gavin O'Connell each notched an assist during a two-game sweep of Lake Superior State.  Owen Baker was out of the Spartans lineup but is also on campus for his freshman year.

Meanwhile, Denver, Harvard, Massachusetts-Lowell, Minnesota-Duluth, and North Dakota each have three former Waterloo players on their rosters.
